8 january 2009 - ENAV ACC strike
Please be informed that on 8 january myair.com flights may be delayed or cancelled due to strike action announced
by some civil aviation unions in Italy.
All passengers booked on myair.com flights on 8 january are kindly requested to pay attention to any communication sent by
myair.com regarding any eventual flight schedule change.
For more information regarding the aforementioned unrest, Passengers may directly
refer to the relevant Civil Aviation Authorities (ENAC) and / or the Italian Ministery of Transportation.
Due to the fact that the
announced strike does not, in any manner, involve myair.com personnel but only external organisation, myair.com staff is not in the
position to supply our Customers further information or details.
myair.com will not be responsibe for possible inconveniences caused by the general strike because myair.com personell
will not participate to this strike.
myair.com flights operated with Bombardier CRJ 900 Delivery at Aircraft procedure
We inform all passengers that as far as myair.com flights operated with
Bombardier CRJ 900 are concerned, because of the reduced capacity of
the storage compartment, all hand baggage whose dimensions (sum of
length, height and width) exceeds 105 cm, will be labelled at the
check-in as "Delivery at Aircraft" and they must be delivered before boarding. The hand luggage will be delivered to the passenger immediately after the arrival at the airport of destination. The "Delivery At Aircraft" doesn't modify the security procedures of the airports.
New safety Rules in the Airports of the European Union
We inform passengers that from November 6 th 2006 there will come into force in all the Airports of the European Union,
as well as in Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, as well as in the airports served by myair.com, the New safety Rules of the
Airports of the European Union about the limitation of the transport of liquid substances in the hand baggage.
myair.com, in compliance to the new normative Reg. CE 1546/2006 of 04/10/06, recommends the passengers to follow the New
Safety Rules in the Airports of the European Union respected by the airline.
